The week starts with a triumphant voicemail from Mr Sperling in Sales for John: “Mr Smith, on my way to a customer yesterday, I manged to dial in to a conference from my car!” He is clearly over the moon. As the head of IT, so is John as it means the introduction of Microsoft 365 has gone down well at the company. His users want direct access without a VPN and other technical obstacles and he can finally give them just that. Happy, John relaxes in his chair.

Microsoft 365 with Windows 10 licences means much easier admin.
The upcoming demise of Windows 7 is also a discussion point among employees. John smiles to himself as he picks up the phone. He went all out for the implementation of Microsoft 365, choosing the suite that includes the Windows 10 operating system.
It’ll mean he and his team won’t need to worry about the end of support for Windows 7. The fact that every user is licenced gives them a much better overview and makes admin child’s play.
