Product Detail Page

The Product Detail Page (PDP) is the central source of information for products, cloud offerings, services and training courses. It brings together all relevant content – from features, prices and contract terms to related services and documents. Both traditional IT products and complex cloud solutions and bundles are presented transparently. The PDP provides support throughout the entire purchasing process: from initial orientation and custom configuration to adding items to the shopping basket.

Shopping basket

The shopping basket brings together all the products you have selected during your shopping journey and displays them in a clearly structured overview. It shows merchandise, cloud solutions, services and training courses all in one place, and provides you with all the relevant information you need to review, adjust and finalise your order. The shopping basket helps you to manage different product types securely, make changes in a traceable manner and make informed decisions before proceeding to checkout.

Checkout

The checkout is the central ordering process for the Bechtle Shop. It guides you step-by-step through all the details required to order hardware, services, training courses and cloud products. All relevant information, such as addresses, payment methods, order details and contract documents, is requested as part of a clearly structured process. The checkout combines a wide variety of product types within a single interface and ensures that mixed shopping baskets can be processed without any disruption or the need for duplicate entries.

My products

The ‘My Products’ section in the Bechtle Clouds Portal provides a central overview of all software products ordered via Bechtle Clouds.

Consumption details

The ‘Consumption Details’ section of the Bechtle Clouds Portal provides a detailed breakdown of the cloud resources used. It clearly shows which resources have been used, the costs incurred per resource, and how long they were used for. Furthermore, this section helps users analyse cost trends and potential fluctuations across different providers. The feature can be found in the Service Portal of the Bechtle Clouds Portal and supplements the monthly billing with a significantly more accurate and traceable overview.

Our search function has been completely revamped – making it quicker, more intuitive and more efficient to find products and information. Look forward to a fresh interface, improved filtering logic and handy new features such as filter chips and the option to switch between list and tile view.
