Which documents do I need to include? Can I apply for several jobs at once?
We have all the answers to your most burning questions.
We regularly update our job vacancies meaning that all those listed on our home page are yet to be filled.
Please submit your application online through our Recruiting Tool. Applications sent via e-mail or through the post will not be considered.
You do not need a cover letter for your application to Bechtle. However, if you would like to attach one, this is of course still an option. Your documents should, however, include a complete curriculum vitae as well as your most recent diplomas and certificates of further education and training. You can use all common file formats for the upload: pdf, doc, docx, odt, rtf, txt, jpeg, gif, png.
Each of our job ads includes the name of the person to send your application to.
With our job subscription, you will always be up to date with our latest job advertisements. Simply create a profile on our jobs page. You can set up your job subscription under "My account" within the "Options". Simply enter your contact details and your preferred area to receive job offers by e-mail.
If you can’t find the perfect job, feel free to send us a speculative application. All you have to do is tell us which area you are interested in under Speculative application. We’ll then check whether we have a vacancy that is a match for you.
You can apply for up to three jobs at once. Simply send an application for each vacancy you are interested in.
Simply log into our Recruiting Tool and update or add documents.
We all change our minds now and again. Don’t worry. You can retract your application in your profile.
Your application will be processed as quickly as possible, but it may take up to two weeks to get back to you.
There can be several reasons for this.
- Be sure not to leave the required CV upload field empty.
- Check that your files don’t exceed 5 MB each or 10 MB all together and are not damaged.
- Check the file format. We accept pdf, doc, docx, odt, rtf, txt, jpeg, gif and png.

Click on the forgotten password link for it to be automatically reset. Your username is generally your e-mail address.
We comply with all applicable statutory requirements for data erasure and therefore delete data after six months. We also comply with statutory retention periods. You also have the option to delete your account at any time. Go to: Search and Data Protection.
Of course. We are aware of the importance of your data and only process the personal data you provide as part of the application form for the purpose of effective and correct processing of the application procedure and for contacting you as part of the application process. Data protection and trustworthy handling of personal data are our top priority, accordingly also within the recruiting process. Click here for our data protection declaration.
Your cover letter can be uploaded to “My documents” and then saved to your application. If you would like to send another application, you can easily replace the documents saved in your profile without deleting them from the application itself.
In the interests of your health and that of our employees, we are now conducting the vast majority of interviews over the phone or via video call. We’ll e-mail to let you know exactly how it will take place nearer the time.
This varies depending on the department and Bechtle branch, but most interviews will use Microsoft Teams or Cisco Webex, both of which do not require you to sign up to use them. You can dial in via your browser as a guest.
All you need for a smooth interview is:
- A PC or notebook with a webcam. Alternatively, you can use a smartphone or tablet.
- A stable internet connection.
- Headphones or a headset with microphone, depending on your environment.
If you are unable to meet these requirements, please contact us and we’ll hold the interview over the phone.
