Dr Thomas Olemotz
Born in 1962. After completing his studies in business administration, Dr Thomas Olemotz began his career as a research associate at the University of Gießen. Following his doctorate degree, he became the assistant to the board of directors of Westdeutsche Landesbank before serving as head of Mergers & Acquisitions at Deutsche Gesellschaft für Mittelstandsberatung, a consultancy firm for medium-sized companies. He then joined Delton AG as the head of Corporate Development. As a member of the board of directors of Microlog Logistics AG, a company within the same group, he oversaw finance and human resources. In March 2007, he became Bechtle AG’s Chief Financial Officer before becoming Spokesman of the Executive Board in January 2009 and CEO in June 2010.

Konstantin Ebert

Born in 1971, Konstantin Ebert’s IT career started in 1998 as a consultant at ITC Deutschland. The graduate in business administration gained further professional experience at Fujitsu Siemens Computers and T-Systems Business Services, as well as in various international management positions at NetApp. Before joining Bechtle in 2021, he was Executive Vice President Sales at Teamviewer. At Bechtle, Konstantin Ebert was initially responsible for Benelux, France and Great Britain On 01 January 2024 he was appointed to the Executive Board.

Michael Guschlbauer
COO.
Born in 1964. After his vocational training as an engineer for office and communications electronics, Michael Guschlbauer held various technical and project management positions before working in sales. In 1994 he joined DeTeSystem (later T-Systems), where he began as a sales representative and later assumed diverse management roles. Prior to joining Bechtle, he held an executive position at T-Systems Business Services, overseeing the Large Enterprises, Sales & Service Management division. In January 2008 he became Executive Vice President of Managed Services at Bechtle. A year later, he was appointed to the Executive Board.

Antje Leminsky
COO.
Born in 1971, Antje Leminsky spent an eight-year tenure on the board of financial services provider Grenke AG, initially as CIO and later CEO before joining Bechtle. In her most recent role, she was Deputy Chair of the board at measurement engineering company, Testo. Her career also includes roles at retail company Otto Group, publishing house Gruner + Jahr, and digital start-up MondayWorks, which she co-founded. She has been a member of the Executive Board since 01 February 2024.

Klaus Winkler
Chairman of the Supervisory Board.
Klaus Winkler was born in 1958. After his vocational training as a banker at BW Bank AG, Klaus Winkler completed a business administration degree in Stuttgart. Between 1979 and 1994, he held various positions at BW Bank, eventually serving as Head of Corporate Finance. From 1987 to 1988, Klaus Winkler worked for Credit Suisse First Boston Ltd. in London. He took over the management of BWK GmbH holding company in Stuttgart in 1990. From 2003 to 2019, Klaus Winkler was Chairman of the Management Board of Heller GmbH. Due to a change in the legal form of Heller GmbH, he was Chairman of the Executive Board of Heller Management SE from 2020 to 2021. Since 2022, he is Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Heller Management SE and Heller Holding SE & Co. KGaA.

Born in 1969, Mathilde Bluteau has 30 years’ international experience in the IT industry, including leading roles at Microsoft, Apple and Cisco, and most recently at the world’s largest IT distributor, TD Synnex. Mathilde Bluteau has held the post of Vice President France since 01 April 2024.
Uwe Burk
Executive Vice President, responsible for PLM | Engineering & Manufacturing.
Born in 1964. In the software industry since 1986, Uwe Burk began his career as a developer for CAD/CAM application software while studying Maths and Information Technology at the Technical University of Darmstadt. Following spells with SDRC Software, Unigraphics Solutions and Siemens PLM, in 2008 he came to Dassault Systèmes Deutschland GmbH, where he took on various management positions. As former Vice President, Eurocentral Sales, 3DEXPERIENCE WORKS, Uwe Burk has strong ties with the Bechtle Group’s PLM specialists. Since 2020, Uwe Burk has been responsible for the PLM | Engineering & Manufacturing business of Bechtle as Executive Vice President.
Frank Diers
Executive Vice President, responsible for the Northern/Eastern Region.
Born in Hamburg in 1969, Frank Diers began his career as an IT specialist at IBM Germany after studying technical computer science. After more than 13 years in various positions there, he joined Bechtle in 2010 and took over the management of the system house in Hamburg. From 2013 to 2019, he moved to industry and became CIO at Fielmann AG. At the beginning of 2020, he was drawn back to Bechtle and became Managing Director of the Bechtle IT System House in Bielefeld. Since January 1, 2022, Frank Diers is responsible for the North/East cluster as Executive Vice President.
Mario Düll
Executive Vice President, Bechtle direct Germany.
Born in 1960. With a degree in business administration in his pocket and a year spent in Central and South America under his belt, Mario Düll kickstarted his professional career as an account manager and sales trainer with Eastman Kodak, where he later oversaw sales at the company’s Mannheim and Nuremberg sites. He joined Bechtle in 2001, taking on various sales-related management roles. On 01 April 2020, he joined the ranks of Bechtle’s EVPs and now heads up Bechtle direct activities in Germany.
Oliver Hambrecht
Executive Vice President, responsible for Southwest Germany and Austria.
Born in 1964, Oliver Hambrecht completed his vocational training in Wholesale and Foreign Trade before embarking on a dual-study program in Business Administration. He took his first steps in the IT industry in 1986, working in software sales and product management at ALF AG, before taking a position at TDS AG (now Fujitsu Services GmbH) from 1991 to 2001. In April 2001, Mr Hambrecht took over the management of Bechtle AG’s original system house in Heilbronn (later Neckarsulm). Since 2018, he has been working on the plenum and executive committee of the Heilbronn-Franken Chamber of Commerce and is also head of the Wirtschaft Digital Advisory Board. He has held the position of Executive Vice President for Southwest Germany and Austria since 01 January 2023.
Steven Handgrätinger
Executive Vice President, responsible for the Public Sector Division.
Steven Handgrätinger was born in 1961 and started his career at Siemens AG. His professional career led him via the management of sales Germany for PCs and servers at Siemens Nixdorf AG to activities as managing director and shareholder of COMICS Informationssysteme GmbH / COMLINE AG. From February 2004, he was head of the Public Sector division in Europe at Bechtle AG. From 2006 to 2019, Steven Handgrätinger was honorary chairman of the board of itSMF Deutschland e.V. The itSMF stands for standardization and automation of IT landscapes. Since 01.01.2022, he has been Divisional Board Member Public Sector of the Bechtle Group.
Dr Martin Kaloudis
Executive Vice President, responsible for the Central and Western Regions.
Born in 1971. Dr Martin Kaloudis started his professional career as an executive consultant at TRIA AG before spending over 20 years in various management roles for Deutsche Bahn AG and its subsidiaries, including Head of IT, CIO for Infrastructure, Head of Digitalisation and Head of Telecommunications, as well as Member of the Board for DB Kommunikationstechnik. His last post before joining Bechtle was CEO and Chairman of the Board at BWI, the IT systems integrator of the German Federal Armed Forces and Federal IT Service Centre. Dr Martin Kaloudis joined Bechtle in April 2023, becoming Executive Vice President for the Central and Western Regions.
Marijke Kasius
Vice President Netherlands.
Born in 1984, she has 15 years’ experience working in various IT companies holding a raft of leadership positions. She was named CxO of the Year at the 2022 Dutch IT Channel Awards, as well as CEO of the Year at the 2023 Computable Awards. She was previously CEO of PQR B.V. headquartered in Utrecht—a specialist in hybrid cloud solutions that joined the Bechtle fold in May 2022. Marijke Kasius has held the post of Vice President Netherlands since 01 January 2024.
John Malone
Executive Vice President, Southern and Eastern Europe.
Born in 1973 in Ireland, John Malone became Managing Director of Bechtle direct Ireland in 2010. In 2014, he began to gradually add more connecting tasks to his list of responsibilities, in particular pertaining to customers who are active on a global scale. On 1 March 2022, he took on the role of Executive Vice President, overseeing activities in the Bechtle companies in Italy, Spain, and Portugal, as well as Poland, Hungary and the Czech Republic, while also supporting strategic international business measures. John Malone has a diploma in electronic engineering and a Masters in business administration. Before joining Bechtle, he had accumulated 13 years’ experience in IT, working for HP and Fujitsu, among others.
Dirk Müller-Niessner
Executive Vice President/Chief Technology officer, responsible for all Bechtle Group platform activities.
Born in 1970, Dirk Müller-Niessner completed his vocational training as a Precision Engineer before continuing his training as an Automation Technology Technician. Alongside numerous IT-related certifications, in 2010 he also completed an intensive general management course at the EBS University for Business and Law in Oestrich-Winkel. Between 2001 and 2013, he held various management positions at numerous TCC Group companies, before working on a freelance basis as an Interim Manager. Since 2018, Mr Müller-Niessner has held several positions at Bechtle in the fields of Cloud and Managed Services, taking the reins of Bechtle Hosting and Operations GmbH at the beginning of 2021, and has overseen the opening of the Bechtle Service Factory, in which Managed Cloud Services in particular are bundled. He has been responsible for Bechtle’s complete platform strategy in his role as CTO since 01 January 2023.
Alfred Neidhard
Executive Vice President, responsible for the Southern Region and the International Sales Division.
Born in 1961. Alfred Neidhard followed his vocational training as an assistant tax consultant with a degree in Business Administration. After an initial position in an auditing office, he went on to become a managing partner of a medium-sized system house. Mr Neidhard joined the Bechtle Group in mid-2000, first as the managing director of Bechtle Logistik & Service GmbH, then as the managing director of the IT system houses in Rottenburg, Stuttgart and Friedrichshafen. He also oversaw Bechtle’s entry into the Austrian market. He was named Executive Vice President in January 2010 and is currently responsible for the system houses in the Southern Region and the International Sales Division.
Stefan Sagowski
Executive Vice President, responsible for the Bechtle Group's Finances.
Born in 1964. Following a degree in economics, Stefan Sagowski began his career at Wollert-Elmendorff (later Deloitte & Touche) as an audit assistant and tax consultant. In 1998 he joined mb Software AG, a listed software company, as a commercial manager and authorised representative, guiding the company in its establishment of a capital market-aligned finance department. Mr Sagowski joined Bechtle AG in 1999 as the assistant to the Executive Board, helping organise Bechtle’s initial public offering and later taking over the Group’s financial leadership. Since March 2004 he has served as the Executive Vice President responsible for the Bechtle Group’s finances.
Oliver Schmidt
Executive Vice President, responsible for Bechtle Managed Services.
Born in 1968. Mr Schmidt began his career at HP Germany after completing his BA in economics and business administration. After holding various positions, including that of IT manager at a Flextronics subsidiary, Mr Schmidt was employed as IT manager at Philips Böblingen, only to later assume responsibility for the regions of Germany, Austria and Switzerland at their Hamburg branch. As former Member of the Executive Board of AMARAS AG, Mr Schmidt came to Bechtle through the acquisition of this company in 2014. Here, he continued to serve as Member of the Executive Board, as well as Interim Managing Director at one of Bechtle's Swiss companies. On 1 October 2016, Mr Schmidt was appointed to and now serves as Executive Vice President for Bechtle Managed Services.
Christian Speck
Vice President Switzerland.
Born in 1970, Christian Speck served as Managing Director of IT service provider Bechtle Schweiz AG for five years, following his role as co-Managing Director at Steffen Informatik AG, which was acquired by Bechtle in 2016. He subsequently joined the board of Bechtle Steffen Schweiz AG. In addition to a degree in electrical engineering, Mr Speck holds an Executive MBA in General Management from the University of St Gallen. He is also a voluntary board member of HSG Alumni in St Gallen. Christian Speck has overseen operations in Switzerland as Vice President since 1 January 2025.
Andreas Staudigel
Executive Vice President, responsible for application solutions.
Born in 1959. Following his studies in computer science and business and engineering, Andreas Staudigel co-founded the SAP consultancy that would become Itelligence AG. He served the company for seven years as a partner and member of the senior management. During this time he was responsible for developing the company’s consulting business as a medium-sized system house. Mr Staudigel then joined the senior ranks of Bertelsmann Arvato, where he headed up the Business Process Solutions segment before becoming a partner at an M&A firm, where he oversaw the acquisition, restructuring and reselling of technology companies. Originally hailing from East Westphalia, he became the Managing Director of Bechtle’s IT system house Mannheim in 2010, then assumed the role of Executive Vice President responsible for the Central Region and Business Process Solutions (BPS) in January 2014. Since January 2023, his focus is on the Bechtle Group’s application solution specialists.
