Objective
Federal Information Management (FIM) as a method of administrative modernization has the primary goal of achieving "standardized translations of legal language into an enforcement or citizen/business-friendly language" with the advantages of legal conformity, reduction of editorial effort, greater user-friendliness and support for digitization. As a future FIM information manager, you will learn the basics here: Providing basic knowledge of the objectives, methodology and application of FIM; Creating an understanding of the fundamental principle of the FIM methodology and the interaction of the FIM building blocks; Developing an awareness of the relevance, topicality and innovativeness of the FIM methodology; Increasing the willingness to apply the FIM methodology. They are enabled to coordinate and support the work with specialist departments.
Comment
Delivery of the FIM seminar in accordance with the FITKO training guidelines. Participants receive handouts of the training presentation as well as the examples and exercise materials used in the training in digital form before the start of the training. A certificate of attendance will be issued for participation in the FIM basic training course. Scope online: 3 * 4 hours plus breaks on three consecutive days - online seminars take place in the video conference environment of BFPI GmbH; scope in presence: 2 * 6 hours plus breaks on two consecutive days. In the case of live online training, we will check whether the course can also take place with 2 or 3 people.
