Objective
Federal Information Management (FIM) as a method of management modernisation's primary goal is "Standardised translations of legal language into an language that is understandable for citizens, businesses and the executive" with all the benefits of legal compliance, less editorial work, greater user-friendliness and support for digitalisation. As a future FIM Information manager, you'll learn the fundamentals of providing basic knowledge of the objectives, methodology and application of FIM; creating an understanding of the fundamental principle of the FIM methodology and the interaction of the various modules; developing an awareness of the relevance, timeliness and innovativeness of the FIM methodology and increasing the willingness to apply the FIM methodology. You'll be capable of coordinating and supporting work with various specialist departments.

The FIM seminar will be held in accordance with FITKO guidelines. The participants will receive handouts of the presentation as well as the examples and materials used in the training in digital form before it begins. A certificate of attendance will be issued for participation in the FIM basic training. Online seminars: 3 x 4 hours plus breaks on three consecutive days - Online seminars take place at BFPI GmbH; In-person seminars: 2 x 6 hours plus breaks on two consecutive days If held as a live online training, we will check if it can also take place with 2 or 3 people.
