Basic understanding of networks and Active Directory, experience of corporate environment administrator. Experience with Exchange, Teams and SharePoint would be advantageous.
Objective
After completing the course, participants will be able to plan, manage and monitor Microsoft 365. The first step is to check the pre-requisites. Once a client has been created, users are synchronised from a local Active Directory and a connection set up. This is required for the installation of Microsoft 365 and migrating a local Exchange. Teams and SharePoint are also configured and managed online. An overview of the AD FS integration with Microsoft 365 allows seamless single sign-on. You'll also get to know other Microsoft 365 tools such as Planner and Azure Rights Management.
