Transcend's M.2 SSD MTE470A-I is a self-encrypting drive (SED) that complies with the TCG Opal 2.0 standards. The data is protected with hardware-based 256-bit AES encryption and sector-specific LBA authorisations (Logical Block Address). The MTE470A-I features 112 layers of 3D NAND flash and a PCI Express (PCIe) Gen 3 x4 interface, delivering never-before-seen transfer speeds. In addition, the 30µ gold finger PCB, Corner Bond technology and anti-sulphur resistors guarantee the MTE470A-I operates reliably in harsh conditions. The MTE470A-I model can be operated at temperatures from -40°C to 85°C.
