As our offer is aimed exclusively at business customers, we ask you to register with us first.

You can register at the top right of our online shop by clicking on the "My Bechtle" button. To do this, enter your account details and company information. In the next step, you will receive an e-mail confirming your registration. Your shopping experience can then begin.

2. which payment options are available?

At Bechtle, we offer you up to five payment methods. These are: PayPal, Apple Pay, credit card and invoice. Payment on account will be activated for you after our internal criteria have been checked. You can see which payment methods are available to you when you are logged in.

 

3. how can I track my order?

You can find all your orders at a glance in your customer account under the "Orders" tab. You can use the "Details" button to view the items in the respective order and the "Track delivery" button to view the shipment status.

 

4. can I request a quotation?

Yes!
1. log in to your customer account.
2. add the desired products to your shopping basket
3. by clicking on the price tag button (also found in the shopping basket), you can "put your items on offer". Our team will take care of your enquiry and provide you with a quote via the platform. You will receive an email once the offer has been finalised and you can also view the offer in the "Offers" tab in your customer account on your home page.
