Whether water, dust or falls, the Galaxy XCover 5 is equipped against many things. First, it is IP68 certified. Second, it complies with the US military MIL-STD-810G standard to offer protection against low and high temperatures, intense sunlight, mechanical impacts and salt water mist.
You can conveniently use the Galaxy XCover 5 with a glove to answer a call as well as to write a message. The display is also designed in such a way that it functions reliably even in humid conditions, for example in the rain. Practical. The programmable buttons of the Galaxy XCover 5 can be assigned any function that can be activated by the push of a button such as the Dual LED Flash.
A replaceable 3,000 mAh battery means you have enough power to get through long work days. Fast charge with 15 W enables you to get back to work in no time and the device is fitted with Pogo pins, so that you can place it on any Pogo charging station without having to plug in.
With a screen diagonal of 5.3" (13,48 cm), this device features a pleasant mix of usability and picture quality. Its bright display provides enough light even in the darkest environments, for example warehouses.
For high achievers. The Galaxy XCover 5’s processor with eight cores and 4 GB RAM enable it to take on the biggest workloads with ease. It can also easily manage large amounts of data thanks to its 64 GB of internal storage (47.3 GB available). If needed, internal memory can be upgraded to 1 TB with the help of a standard microSD card.
The good news is that the Galaxy XCover 5 is available ex works with the Samsung Knox security platform. The even better news is that Samsung Knox is activated as soon as the smartphone is turned on and continuously monitors the security of the device. This provides high quality protection, on a software and hardware level, from a host of intruders, malware and threats.
Samsung offers security updates for the Galaxy XCover5 for 5 years from the official global marketing launch, which means that the smartphone will receive updates until January 2026 at regular intervals with function and stability adjustments and the latest security patches.

The Knox Capture scanning solution transforms your Galaxy XCover 5 into a powerful bar code scanner. It’s fast and easy. Just press the push-to-scan key and the device will switch to scanning mode.
Business communication made easy. The Galaxy XCover 5 supports push-to-talk solutions so that you have to simply press the XCover key to communicate with your team. Speaking of which, the function is compatible with Microsoft Teams.

Should customers decide to renew the Knox Suite licence during the course of the first year, they will receive a one-off discount of 50% on an extension of one, two or three years.
