Bechtle's customers rate the company above average in terms of the six pillars of the corporate CX. The satisfaction scores for each of the six pillars are above the industry average, as shown in Figure 1.

Customers are most satisfied with the way Bechtle delivers its services, particularly its ability to provide highly qualified resources. On average, customers were also very satisfied with Bechtle's ability to ensure uninterrupted services and minimal downtime, thus ensuring business continuity and flexibility for their customers.

In their response to the ISG Voice of Customer (VoC) survey, customers praised Bechtle's openness to constructive criticism from its customers.
