Simplify the decision-making process with three preconfigured data centre support levels. Choose the response time target that matches the importance of a particular system, workload, or application environment.

Lenovo Foundation Service.

Upgrade your base warranty with cost-effective support to keep non-mission-critical server, storage, and networking hardware in working order.  You’ll get next-business-day on site response during normal business hours for service calls, including installation of any failed part that needs to be replaced.

The Foundation support level provides:

  • Next-business-day on site response during normal business hours, 5 days per week
  • Base warranty upgrade covering on site installation of all replacement parts
  • You have the option to extend your Foundation service coverage by up to 5 years
  • You can also retain your hard drives in the case of repairs by adding YourDrive YourData
Lenovo Essential Service.

Improve uptime for core business workloads and protect your sensitive data. The Essential support level includes all the benefits of Foundation services, plus 4-hour on site response, 24 hours per day, 7 days per week.

The Essential support level provides:

  • Four-hour on site response, 24 hours per day, 7 days per week
  • Base warranty upgrade covering on site installation of all replacement parts and YourDrive YourData retention service
  • You have the option to extend your Essential service coverage by up to 5 years
  • Optionally a guaranteed repair service can be added within 24 hours (availability varies based on geography).
Lenovo Advanced Service.

Maximise uptime for mission-critical applications and workloads. The Advanced support level includes all the benefits of Essential services, plus 6 hour Committed Service Repair, 24 hours per day, 7 days per week.

The Advanced support level provides:

  • 6 hour on site response or 6 hour Committed Service Repair (coverage varies based on geography), 24 hours per day, 7 days per week 
  • Base warranty upgrade covering on site installation of all replacement parts combined with YourDrive YourData retention service
