As part of our preparations for TiSAX® certification, we are implementing an information security management system (ISMS) and comprehensive IT documentation. Thanks to the cooperation with Bechtle and the implementation of the Atlassian Confluence platform, we are achieving transparent and traceable documentation of our IT service landscape and processes. Bechtle's support, especially through its proven best practices, makes implementation much easier. For the future, we are planning to expand with Jira Service Management and integration with Microsoft 365 in order to further strengthen our IT infrastructure and make it more efficient.
