What is your role as managing director?

By leveraging our strategies, I aim to maintain our growth trajectory. That involves working closely with the managers, social networking and making sure I have an open ear for all employees.

What drives you and why do you enjoy the job?

As a managing director at Bechtle, I’ve been able to support some of the biggest and most important regional companies with our portfolio.

What are you looking for in a candidate?

We are looking for people who are open-minded, willing to learn, able to work in a team, customer-oriented and understand the importance of good preparation. It’s also good of the new colleagues can identify themselves with the Bechtle world.

What has been the highlight for Bechtle Rottenburg-Ergenzingen?

We moved into our new building in April 2022 and have since been settling into the new office space. The opening ceremony took place in July with numerous invited guests, wall-to-wall sunshine, delicious food, cocktails and great music.
