Sorting and filtering reviews

By default, you’ll always see the most recent review first. You can change the sorting or apply filters to see the reviews that are most relevant to you.
Reviews for different versions of the same product (e.g. different colour options) are collated and apply to all versions.
No reviews appear on the product pages for b-stock, customer-exclusive or bundle items. For bundles, you can find reviews for the included items on the respective product pages. The ‘Verified Owner’ badge indicates a verified purchase either on bechtle.com or the website where the review was originally published.

We also reserve the right to remove reviews from our website at any time without giving a reason. In particular, we will remove reviews that are evidently false, improper or irrelevant (e.g. spam or fake reviews) and/or violate the rights of a third party (e.g. copyrights or personal rights).

These Terms of Use govern your conduct associated with the Customer Ratings & Review and/or Q&A services offered by Bechtle AG.

By submitting any content to Bechtle AG, you represent and warrant that:

you are the sole author and owner of the intellectual property rights thereto
you have voluntarily waived all “moral rights” that you may have in such content
you are at least 18 years of age
use of the content submitted by you does not violate these Terms of Use and will not cause injury to any person or entity.

You further agree and warrant that you do not submit any content:

that you know to be false, inaccurate or misleading
that infringes any third party’s copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret or other proprietary rights or rights of publicity or privacy
that violates any law, statute, ordinance or regulation (including, but not limited to, those governing consumer protection, unfair competition, anti-discrimination or false advertising)
that is, or may reasonably be considered to be, defamatory, libellous, hateful, racially or religiously biased or offensive, threatening or harassing to any individual, partnership or corporation
for which you were compensated or granted any consideration by any third party
that includes any information that references other websites, addresses, e-mail addresses, contact information or phone numbers
that contains any computer viruses, worms or other potentially damaging computer programs or files.

You agree to indemnify and hold Bechtle AG (and its officers, directors, agents, subsidiaries, joint ventures, employees and third-party service providers, including but not limited to Bazaarvoice, Inc.) harmless from all claims, demands, and damages (actual and consequential) of every kind and nature, known and unknown including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of a breach of your representations and warranties set forth above, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

For any content that you submit, you grant Bechtle a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, transferable right and licence to use, copy, modify, delete in its entirety, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from and/or sell and/or distribute such content and/or incorporate such content into any form, medium or technology throughout the world without compensation to you.

All content that you submit may be used at Bechtle’s sole discretion. Bechtle AG reserves the right to change, condense, delete or refrain from publishing any content on its website that Bechtle AG deems, at its sole discretion, to violate the content guidelines or any other provision of these Terms of Use. Bechtle AG does not guarantee that you will have any recourse through Bechtle AG to edit or delete any content you have submitted. Ratings and written comments are generally published within two to four business days. However, Bechtle AG reserves the right to remove or refuse to publish any submission for any reason, so long as this is permitted by law. You acknowledge that you, not Bechtle AG, are responsible for the contents of your submission. No content submitted by you is subject to any obligation of confidentiality on the part of Bechtle AG, its agents, branches and subsidiaries, partners or third-party service providers or their respective directors, officers or employees.
