What should a large conferencing room look like?

This is very individual, as the purpose of the room can differ greatly. The requirements of the users can also vary. And the large range of  different equipment reflects this.

Based on your answers to the following questions, we can develop a very specific and unique room concept for you.

  • How large is your conference room (height, width, length)?
  • Are the participants on site or tuning in digitally?
  • Are you already using video conferencing / collaboration hardware and / or software? If yes, which?
  • Will the participants be bringing their own hardware (e.g. notebooks)?
  • Are you working with the touch function on the display or do you prefer the notebook / tablet?
  • What will the conference room be used for? Will you be focussing on presentations or working on and sharing documentation?
