Contact our customer advisors and place your order. Let us know the number of units, the memory size, any optional accessories, the services you require (e.g. data upload) and any other relevant order information. To start production, we then need your logo in high-resolution format or as a vector file.
Our production, printing and engraving partner companies will create a prototype photo of the desired advertising medium. Check the virtual print preview, which we will send you by e-mail, and change it as often as you like until the result is what you want.
Production starts immediately after we have received your approval (final OK to the prototype). Your logo, internet address or message is printed or engraved on the advertising medium in high quality. The optional preload services, such as a data upload or AutoRun function, are completed in a further work step.
Once the goods have been carefully produced, printed or engraved, they are tested. This check includes both the function and the printing and is carried out for each USB stick.
Once the quality control is 100% complete, our shipping team starts packing the goods and arranges the shipment. At the same time, our accounting department creates the invoice and ensures that the goods are dispatched on time. Payment can be made quickly and easily. We accept all common methods—from credit card, prepayment to invoicing.
For the entire process—from receipt of the order and layout approval to delivery of the goods—we usually calculate a period of 1 to 6 weeks (depending on stock availability). Of course, we try to process every order as quickly as possible.
