Thanks to our centralised 360° monitoring service and operation, we can monitor servers, storage, network components and the VMware infrastructure 24 hours a day. Potential issues are proactively detected and reported. As soon as a discrepancy is discovered, an incident report is automatically sent to our service desk, which records and resolves it as quickly as possible.

360° swiss cube 7x24 is monitored around the clock by Bechtle 360° monitoring. Should a service included in the SLA fail, we will immediately restore it according to our internal service organisation definition.
