The main objective of the course is to impart the specialist knowledge required for planning, setting up, operating, maintaining and improving a Business Continuity Management System (BCMS) in accordance with BSI Standard 200-4 up to the required certification maturity. The preventive aspects (business continuity precautionary concept) and reactive aspects (business continuity organization and business continuity manuals) are dealt with intensively on the basis of concrete processing steps. This course provides participants with the knowledge they need to introduce a modern business continuity management system. This includes not only IT business continuity planning, but also takes into account other critical resource types. If required, participants can take an exam and obtain the "BSI BCM Practitioner" certificate. It is also possible to take the exam only - without participating in the training course.
