Objectif
Preparation for the Scrum.org PSPO I certification exam. The official exam is taken online at SCRUM.org and is included in the seminar price. The exam language is English. Scrum roles, artefacts and events will be covered. You'll also learn the principles of the everyday life of a Product Owner, including, e.g. creating a product backlog or writing user stories. The Product Owner is responsible for ensuring the product generates maximum value, which is why they need to have good product knowledge and be able to communicate this to the entire Scrum Team.
