Objectif
Preparation for the Scrum.org Professional Scrum Master I certification exam. The official exam is taken online at SCRUM.org and is included in the seminar price. The exam language is English. Scrum roles, artefacts and events will be covered. You'll also learn the principles of the everyday life of a Scrum Master, including e.g. planning poker, but also how to handle information radiators. The Scrum Master supports the entire Scrum team and optimises the working environment.
