4B AG chose Barco’s wireless conference system, ClickShare, which formed the foundation for Bechtle to develop an overall concept for new, highly-modern meeting rooms. Barco ClickShare automatically connects employees’ laptops to the audio and video tech in the room so they can kick-start a meeting in a snap. Furthermore, the system supports features such as touchback, annotations and blackboarding to considerably simplify collaboration between colleagues across locations. To take the meeting room experience to the next level, Bechtle installed the Poly Studio USB. Specifically developed for smaller rooms, the video bar delivers outstanding audio and video quality, clear and wide images as well as plug-and-play functionality for quick and easy use. Poly Studio USB is also compatible with all standard video conferencing platforms. Last but not least, Bechtle installed Samsung FLIPs in all the meeting rooms. The ultra-fast touch responsiveness and the possibility to have up to 20 people working on them at the same time make them the perfect choice for interactive team work. These, combined with the Poly Studio USB Video Bar and Barco ClickShare CX-50 System formed the basis for user-friendly and adaptable meeting rooms that were very well received by all at 4B AG.
