This means all federal agencies can source iPhones and iPads exclusively from Bechtle that are authorised for official use with the platform approved by the German Federal Office for Information Security (BSI) under the indigo (iOS Native Devices in Government Operation) project. The framework agreement also covers the delivery of accessories and services related to the use of the end devices.
