Diagnostics and grading: systematic testing of functionality and cosmetic grading

Data wipe: total and permanent systematic removal of all data using ADISA approved software and processes

Data destruction: where data cannot be removed systematically, data baring modules can be removed, logged and destroyed with evidence

Repair: approved repair of devices

Our Replay Services are directly linked to our DAAS solutions. Once your organisation decides to implement Device as a Service, it is easy to apply our Replay Services. We take over your legacy IT and determine the residual value which you can re-invest in our Device as a Service solution. All Replay Services are accessible within our DAAS solution , such as data wiping and grading. We document this entire process to ensure that no faults have occurred.

The previous paragraph describes the Replay Services at the start of a DAAS solution. However, our services also apply during the DAAS lifecycle of a device. When a device is damaged, we provide services such as repair and recycling.

At the end of a DAAS lifecycle, your organisation also benefits from the Replay Services included in our proposition, such as grading and a GDPR compliant data wipe.
