Should your TOUGHBOOK's functionality be impaired by unforeseen circumstances, it will either be repaired or replaced with an identical or equivalent device. The replacement will be loaded with a full image making it ready to use out-of-the-box.
 
Devices are repaired by specially trained technicians and supported by standard ProTect services:
