This APC UPS Network Management Card (NMC) enables remote monitoring and control of individual single-phase or three-phase APC UPS systems via secure network browsers or external user interfaces. The NMC is connected to the UPS via a web browser, a user interface or SNMP. The firmware is updated via flash, maintenance releases can be installed remotely via FTP, and the network management card provides multi-user access, pre-installed multi-language support, advanced security protection and storage for data and event logs. The NMC card with PowerChute Network Shutdown enables unattended, secure shutdown of physical servers, virtual machines and HCI clusters and supports passwords selected by the user in accordance with strong password policies and a password reset mechanism.
