To help us implement our sustainability goals at Bechtle, we have a dedicated team of volunteers—also known as the "Bechtle Sustainability Squad"—who lead and execute fantastic projects across the UK, bringing us one step closer to a greener future.

With the colder winter months upon us, we felt passionate about supporting our local community, especially those who find this time of year particularly challenging. Therefore, we focused our efforts on working with our local council and homeless center to give a little back.

We set up a coat rack in our reception areas and encouraged our team to look through their cupboards and donate any unwanted, good-quality coats to support the council’s "Give a Coat or Take a Coat " campaign.

Thanks to their incredible generosity, we collected over 35 coats, which were gratefully received by our local office before being donated to those in need.

Fill the box
 

Longside our "Give a Coat or Take a Coat" campaign, we set up a food donation area where employees could contribute in-date food and essential everyday items for our local Hope Centre’s "Fill the Box" campaign.

Once again, thanks to their incredible generosity, we collected enough to completely fill six boxes, with many additional items to add to their donation pool.
