Viva Goals Retirement

Microsoft Viva goals will be retired on 31st December 2025. Microsoft will not be replacing Viva Goals with another solution or integrating its features into other products.

“Two years ago, we launched Viva Goals with a mission of empowering every team and organization to achieve more through focused goal management using the OKR methodology. While some customers have recognized value, overall adoption and usage of Viva Goals across the Viva Suite customer base hasn't grown. Microsoft has been unable to reach the scale and impact needed to continue further investment and therefore has decided to deprecate the product” - Microsoft.

Microsoft 365 Copilot Chat

Microsoft have announced that there are enhancements to the Microsoft Copilot experience for users with a Microsoft Entra account, this has resulted in a name change to Microsoft 365 Copilot Chat.

This new offering adds pay-as-you-go agents to the existing free chat experience for Microsoft 365 commercial customers. Copilot Chat enables your entire workforce—from customer service representatives to marketing leads to frontline technicians—to start using Copilot and agents today.

It includes:

  • Free, secure AI chat powered by GPT-4o.
  • Agents accessible right in the chat.
  • IT controls, including enterprise data protection and agent management.

PROMO: 15% OFF Microsoft 365 Copilot

On 1st September, Microsoft announced 15% off Microsoft 365 Copilot for commercial customers on CSP. This provides customers with 15% off new subscriptions on an annual term between 10-300 Copilot licenses. This promotion has since been extended, expiring on 1st April 2025.
