Objective
Preparation for the Scrum.org Professional Scrum Master I and Product Owner PSPO I certification exams. The official exams are taken online at SCRUM.org and is included in the seminar price. The exam language is English. Scrum roles, artefacts and events will be covered. You'll also learn the principles of the everyday life of a Scrum Master, including e.g. planning poker, but also how to handle information radiators. The Scrum Master supports the entire Scrum team and optimises the working environment. You'll also learn the principles of the everyday life of a Product Owner, including, e.g. creating a product backlog or writing user stories. The Product Owner is responsible for ensuring the product generates maximum value, which is why they need to have good product knowledge and be able to communicate this to the entire Scrum Team.
