Transcend MSA470T-I mSATA 1TB SSD

The MTS570T M.2 SSD from Transcend has a SATA III 6 Gb/s interface. The 3D NAND technology is state of the art and is realised with 3D NAND flash chips stacked vertically on 112 layers. This breakthrough in memory density significantly improves memory efficiency compared to 3D NAND with 96 layers, and the integrated DRAM cache enables faster access. The MTS570T is based on a printed circuit board with 30µ gold contacts and is manufactured using corner bond technology. The endurance values are 3000 programme/erase cycles and the extended operating temperature range is between -40°C and 85°C.
