Managing global IT Solutions: Best practices and insights

How do you streamline IT solutions across different territories to increase efficiency and improve the overall user experience? That’s what this interactive boardroom session is all about! Emery Geosits, Executive Director at GITA (Global IT Alliance), will lead the session, sharing valuable insights into best practices and common challenges faced by CIOs. At the end of the session, Dennis Veestraeten and Toon Hendrikx, both International Business Managers at Bechtle and your go-to experts for Belgium, will join Emery to talk specifically about GITA’s impact in Belgium. By the end of this session, you’ll have practical strategies to simplify IT Solutions and effectively manage global operations in your organisation.

Everything you need to know about Microsoft 365 Copilot

We all don’t have enough hours in our work week. So why say no to a smart assistant that helps you automate tasks and organise your work more efficiently? Tim ter Haar, Solutions Consultant, and Jeroen Huylebroeck, Cloud Consultant (both working at Bechtle), will tell you all about your new digital assistant: Microsoft 365 Copilot.

This session is valuable for you if your organisation already has licenses but is not yet using them optimally, or if you want to purchase licenses soon. You’ll discover how Copilot is helpful for different job roles in your company. Tim and Jeroen will show you new features. You will also learn more about how Large Language Models (LLMs) relate to data governance and how Microsoft Security Copilot allows you to detect what others don’t see.

Keynote: Rob Vliegen

Robert Vliegen (Fly) is known for his participation in the program ‘Kamp Waes’ on the Eén channel. He started his career in the Special Forces in 1991, a childhood dream of his. In this job he had the honor of working with exceptional men and women. His career taught him that you can overcome any obstacle – if you have enough perseverance. His motto? “No tree can grow to heaven unless its roots reach down to hell.” Working together is crucial in this regard. During his keynote session, Fly will share is insights on leadership and cooperation from his experience in the Special Forces – and how to apply it in your own organisation. Because working together… that can be challenging, even in the dynamic IT world of today.

The keynote session elaborates on the importance of collaboration and selecting the right profiles. How do you respond to different corporate cultures? How do you make sure you attract the right profiles and turn them into a strong team?
