Gemalto SafeNet eToken 5300

The SafeNet eToken 5300 is a portable two-factor USB authenticator with advanced smartcard technology in a new robust micro housing. The certificate-based technology generates and saves access data, such as private keys, passwords and digital certificates with the protected environment of a smartcard chip. Users use their personal SafeNet eToken authenticator and PIN as authentication. This is an important second layer of security that goes beyond simple passwords to protect valuable digital operational resources. The SafeNet Authentication Client is required.
