Report a problem

You’ll receive a conformation e-mail with your ticket number and a link to check its status.

Review the status

All communication—regardless if related to appointments, cost estimates or queries—takes place on our BRS platform. Everything at a glance.

Issue resolution

Your hardware issue will either be fixed by our service technicians or we’ll run you through how to fix it yourself. 

 

4.

Ticket closed

Once your issue has been resolved, the ticket is closed.
