Objective
Preparation for the Professional Scrum Master I certification exam of Scrum.org, the official exam is taken online via SCRUM.org and is included in the seminar price. The exam language is English. The Scrum roles, artifacts and events are discussed. You will also learn practices from the day-to-day work of a Scrum Master. These include, for example, the well-known Planning Poker, but also the handling of the so-called "Information Radiators". The Scrum Master supports the entire Scrum team and optimizes the working environment.

The course takes place in cooperation with the company Leecon. The training is conducted by experienced Scrum Master trainers.
