Bechtle direct GmbH will become Bechtle Austria GmbH at the end of the first half-year of 2024.
We are consolidating the strengths of the individual companies Bechtle direct GmbH and Bechtle GmbH to form a holistic IT service provider. In doing so, we are aligning ourselves with the market and our customers’ need for greater speed and more extensive expertise.
For more than ten years, we have been working successfully on projects that helped you master your digital transformation and this new company will provide all Bechtle services from a single source.
You will benefit from our future-facing multi-channel approach, have access to an extensive portfolio of IT products, fast and reliable deliveries as well as a custom-tailored online procurement system that will significantly reduce processing costs for the purchase of IT products.

What will change?
All orders placed from 06 May 2024 will be invoiced by Bechtle Austria GmbH. We therefore ask that you update our company information in your systems before this date.

As things stand today, we are still two separate companies, meaning all online, mail and phone orders placed up to 06 May 2024 will still be invoiced by Bechtle direct GmbH.
Existing contracts and agreements will be amended after the merger.
This realignment will distinguish us from the competition on the Austrian market and allow us to offer the best service in any situation.
