Neckarsulm, 19 March 2018 - Bechtle continues to expand its multi-cloud portfolio with Cisco Spark and WebEx. Bechtle is the first systems integrator to enable its customers to directly access the Cisco collaboration service via a fully automated cloud marketplace. Designed for team collaboration, Cisco Spark offers a broad range of applications for live meetings, messaging, calls, whiteboards and sharing as well as enabling the simple exchange of documents and data. The app and cloud-based tool is primarily aimed at teams working on joint projects from different locations. Customers using the Bechtle cloud platform can choose between Spark M1 Plus and Spark M3 Premium including WebEx Meeting Center. Additional Cisco cloud services will be added in the future.
Cisco Spark is available to both commercial and public sector businesses via the Bechtle cloud platform, enabling customers to purchase cloud-based collaboration services from the fully automated digital marketplace. The clouds platform hosted at Bechtle’s Tier 3+ data centre in Frankfurt with a direct connection via DE-CIX—the world's largest internet exchange point—serves as an interface to Cisco and enables transparent cloud service administration.
Cisco Spark combines all necessary collaboration tools such as business messaging and chat, video conferences, calling, whiteboard use and content sharing in a complete service which can be purchased through one licencing model. Cisco's services extend Bechtle’s wide-ranging cloud portfolio. Bechtle's Cisco crtified specialists are available to advise companies on integrating cloud services into existing IT infrastructure.
