Transcend MTS970T-I SATA M.2 2TB SSD

The MTS970T M.2 SSD from Transcend has a SATA III 6 Gb/s interface and the latest 3D NAND technology, which enables 112 layers of 3D NAND flash chips to be stacked vertically on top of each other. Compared to 3D NAND with 96 layers, this higher storage density significantly improves storage efficiency. The MTS970T is based on a printed circuit board with 30 µ gold contacts and is manufactured using Corner Bond technology. It is built to endure 3000 programme/erase cycles and the extended industrial temperature range is between -40°C and 85°C.
