The Enterprise Edition provides you with a one-year licence for Knox Suite, an end-to-end solution for IT admins that walks you through all of the steps towards enterprise mobility. With tools for security, deployment, and device management over the entire life cycle, your employees will be ready to work as soon as they start up their devices – wherever they are.
Samsung develops its own chips, smartphones, tablets as well as enterprise software and a special security platform (Knox Platform) consisting of several protection layers offering protection against unauthorised access, malware, and other risks. And your organisation’s Enterprise Edition devices will boast powerful and flexible management features that aren’t available anywhere else.
Licence generation.
Purchasing an Enterprise Edition gets you a one-year limited Knox Suite licence for free. You can generate your licence via www.samsungknox.com yourself as soon as your Knox Deployment Partner end device has been registered. Moreover, licence renewal for Enterprise Edition customers is also 50% cheaper in the second year.
To use the Knox Suite software solutions purchased as part of the Enterprise Edition, you need to activate the software licences with the following steps.
Prerequisites.
1. The end customer registers on samsungknox.com and sends their customer ID to the reseller
2. The reseller enters the IMEI or S/N of the device
Licence creation steps.
3. EE device is automatically visible at www.samsungknox.com (added by the reseller)
4. The customer can then generate their Knox Suite licence www.samsungknox.com
